Non-Wing - With the point season over, drivers were out to have some fun. Dominic Scelzi (#41) took the wing off for the first time this year, started the fun in qualifying and set the new track record. He followed that up with a Heat Race win. Dominic looked unstoppable. Eighteen cars took the green, 5th starter Dominic Scelzi’s fun ended on lap one when the 41 machine damaged after contact the first lap. Hanford’s Michael Faccinto (#1) took the lead early from the third spot, unchallenged in front of the pack for 28 laps!
